Shipping Timeframes

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been placed and processed. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with any available tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

Caribbean & St. Lucia Shipping

We ship to Saint Lucia and other Caribbean islands! Since many Caribbean customers use a US-based freight forwarder, here's how it works:

Sign up with a US freight forwarder (e.g. Janets Freight, Tropical Shipping, or a local forwarder of your choice).

Use your freight forwarder's US warehouse address as your shipping address at checkout.

We ship your order to the US address using our standard US shipping rates.

Your freight forwarder then ships the package from the US to Saint Lucia.

⚠️ Please note: Free shipping applies to your US freight forwarder address only. Additional fees charged by your forwarder to ship from the US to St. Lucia are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Any duties or taxes at St. Lucia customs are also the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery window of 7–14 business days, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages
