Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We currently ship within Canada. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our store.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also contact us if you need help locating your shipment.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right.
